My Role
Architected strategic sourcing frameworks to align senior talent acquisition with evolving business objectives and market demands. Drove the recruitment of senior hires, contributing 36% to meet and exceed business requirements.
- Spearheaded a high-impact team focused on business innovation and experimentation, delivering substantial and measurable results.
- Orchestrated a Tech Sourcing Jam, engaging 100+ Talent Acquisition professionals to amplify hiring initiatives and significantly enhance the candidate pipeline.
- Collaborated with the marketing team to design and implement "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) sessions, effectively targeting and attracting top talent reluctant to relocate.
- Created an interview preparation guide that clarified candidate levels, resulting in a pass rate increase from IV1 to IV2, from 40% to 60%.
- Analyzed compensation data from top tech companies to identify misalignments, leading to enhanced compensation packages and greater flexibility in offers.
